Wednesday through Sunday at 5:30pm and 8:30pm MT
The Nelson Cottage by High West offers a prix-fixe menu created weekly by our chef featuring the best of what Utah has to offer! The dinner is served with optional whiskey pairings to complement each course. We also have an ever-changing wine list available by the glass or bottle and offer a small selection of beers.
Dinner: $95 per guest
Whiskey Pairings: starting at $50 per guest (optional)
As our weekly Chef’s menu is fixed, please contact us in advance if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. We will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation policy: A credit card is required to secure all reservations. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of $75 per guest.

The Nelson Cottage is available 7 days a week, for both day and evening events.
Located only two doors up from our Saloon, The Nelson Cottage offers an intimate and relaxed setting to host your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or post-wedding brunch. Enjoy the privacy of the Nelson Cottage’s warm and welcome atmosphere all while being in the heart of downtown Park City.
The Nelson Cottage can comfortably seat 40 guests for a plated style event and indoor buffet reception for up to 50 guests.
With the use of our outdoor patio, we can accommodate up to 65 guests for a buffet/reception style event, weather depending.
